No. The online estimate is indicative. The final trade-in price is confirmed after a physical inspection of your vehicle at one of our points, which checks its true condition, history and any reconditioning costs. The final offer stays transparent and with no obligation to buy.What documents do I need for a trade-in?
Bring the carte grise (registration certificate) in your name, your national ID (CIN), the service booklet if you have it, the spare set of keys and an up-to-date vignette. If the vehicle is still under finance, also bring the lender's amortization schedule.Can I trade in a vehicle that still has a loan on it?
Yes. We ask the lender for the outstanding capital (settlement balance). If the trade-in value exceeds it, the difference is credited to your down payment; if the balance is higher, the remainder can be folded into your new financing. Everything is costed clearly before you sign.How quickly am I paid for my trade-in?
When the trade-in is tied to a purchase, its value is deducted directly from the price — you advance nothing. For an outright buy-back (no purchase), payment follows once the file and ownership transfer are finalized, by traceable bank transfer, usually within a few business days.Can Motora import a specific model that isn't in stock?

A vehicle imported into Morocco carries customs duty, import VAT (20%) and, depending on the engine and displacement, a special tax (vignette / TIC). Rates vary with the country of origin and the free-trade agreements in force. We itemize every line in the quote, with no hidden fees.Will the imported vehicle be homologated and registrable in Morocco?
We only launch an import for vehicles that can be homologated. The conformity file (individual approval or type conformity) is filed with the competent authorities (NARSA / Mines) to obtain the Moroccan carte grise. A model that doesn't meet local standards won't be offered to you.Can a used vehicle be imported, and is there an age limit?
Importing used cars into Morocco is governed by a regulatory age limit (vehicles that are too old are not admitted) and by conformity conditions. We verify each vehicle's eligibility before committing you and confirm in writing whether it can be imported.Is the total import cost stated up front?
