• How is the displayed monthly payment calculated?

  The “from X MAD/month” figure is computed by our simulator from an indicative down payment, a standard term and an indicative APR. It is an estimate and remains subject to your file being approved by the finance provider.
• What is the APR (TAEG) and why show it?

  The APR (TAEG) bundles the interest rate with mandatory fees: it is the only figure that lets you compare two offers honestly. We always display it, for transparency and compliance.
• Credit, lease-to-own (LOA), long-term lease (LLD): what's the difference?

  Classic credit makes you the owner at the end. LOA (lease with a purchase option) offers a lower monthly and the choice to buy later. LLD (long-term lease) often bundles maintenance, with no purchase option. We steer you to the product that best fits your use and budget.
• Is the displayed price the final price?

  We show a transparent turnkey price. Registration costs and the first vignette, where they apply, are listed separately and clearly — no surprises at signing.
• Is it risky to pay a deposit online?

  No. The deposit only holds the vehicle for you for 72h; it is fully refundable and deducted from the final price. An advisor confirms your reservation in under 30 minutes, and you pay the balance turnkey at the showroom — you never pay the full amount up front.
• Do you take my old vehicle in trade?

  Yes. We offer a transparently appraised trade-in, deductible from your down payment. Tell us about your current vehicle in your enquiry for an initial estimate.
• Can I do everything over WhatsApp?

  Yes. From your first question to finance simulation and booking, our team answers on WhatsApp with a promised response in under 30 minutes during business hours.
• What does a Motora certified pre-owned vehicle guarantee?

  Every certified vehicle passes a documented multi-point inspection, is delivered with a verified history and carries a warranty. The number of inspection points is shown on the vehicle's page.
• Can I see the vehicle's history?

  Yes. For our pre-owned vehicles we disclose the number of owners and accident-free status where the information is available and verified. Transparency comes before the sale.
